JUNE 10th 2022 – Chopping Research Breakfast: Target audience, Buyer persona and marketing plan
Tasks were being completed as usual as it runs down towards submission date. Well nothing really special about this day other than we taking our research breakfast.
Las las, e don choke!! Anyways we began this day be doing product and market research.
Secondly, we identified a couple of target audiences and segregated them into various audience groups which we used in formulating our buyer’s persona. We looked at key customer needs, aspirations, fears and pain points. These we got from review sites and criticism on flutter wave app feedbacks found on google play store.
Moving forward we looked at speculative goals and objectives that our chosen brand flutter wave could have used that to formulate key KPIs for the brand. We also looked at the key channels our target audience were found in, their demographics and things like that before moving forward into budgeting.
Lastly we formulated marketing strategies specifically tailored to our target audience, specifically looking at larger brand awareness, loyal customer base, trust, SEO optimized content, Email marketing as some of the metrics to work on.
P.S we chop breakfast here ooh, it wasn’t all easy but I believe the efforts made would go a long way in our digital marketing journey,
